Dates announced for Contemporary Art on the Road 2022

Registrations are open now for Gertrude's visual arts teacher professional development opportunity, Contemporary Art on the Road (CAOTR).

In 2022 CAOTR will comprise five workshops presented in conjunction with educators from three regional galleries: Horsham Regional Art Gallery, Castlemaine Art Museum and Shepparton Art Museum. The program will also be presented at Monash University Museum of Art (MUMA).

The first part of the program consists of formal presentations by educators from Gertrude ContemporaryMonash University Museum of Art (MUMA), the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) and host organisations. The second component of the program will be led by Gertrude Studio Artists: Scotty So and Lisa Waup. 

The program will tour regional and metropolitan organisations from Thursday 24 November until Friday 2 December of this year.

Please note this program is available to regional and Low-SES Victorian teachers as a priority. There is no cost for involvement however bookings are essential. Please call Gertrude to check eligibility.
