Jake Walker is interested in using found landscape paintings and mixing palettes as starting points for experiments with painting. He also creates incidental paintings as a naturally occurring bi-product of paint mixing, brush cleaning and general studio activity.
Recent Group and Solo Exhibitions include: Owner Builder, Utopian Slumps (2011), Reason And Rhyme, Gertrude Contemporary (2011), Points Of View, Tolarno Galleries, 2010. Jake Walker is represented by Utopian Slumps Melbourne and Gallery 9 Sydney.
